Accepting whatever the client demands instead of rotating the resources across various projects and environments. Keeping them with the same project for a long time makes the resources build their own comfort zones.
Keep rotating the resources across projects, or at least across different teams within the project, in order to give them proper exposure to different technologies and environments.

Test Engineer
It started initially with a telephonic interview, and then after a week, it was a Skype interview, followed by another round, an in-person interview where the in-person interview was very technical and detailed, and finally, an HR interview.
