Good health insurance. Studies support. Comfortable office jobs. Dynamic environment. Free food (at my building). Internal career marketplace to transfer to different positions within Accenture.
My team is a terrible, toxic environment. The salaries are low compared to what you would earn if you were hired directly by a client. It's an office job.
