If not managerial, options to grow are close to zero. Pay raises happen only between higher positions for higher salaries.
Also, they promote very few people from internal teams and bring managers from other regions instead.
Keep your best people and don’t let them leave because they get stuck for years in the same low position. If you’re promoting a great place to work, then be one of them.
