Layoffs - Very bad culture of firing employees
Good if you've good teammates.
Accenture does layoffs without even giving a heads-up. My friend literally got the Best Employee of the Month award, and they had layoffs without any reason, heads-up, or communication at layoff time.
Management is the culprit.
