Good place to work
It's a nice place to work. The people in management are generally nice and supportive.
I did not get a proper hike in three years.
For the first two years, they kept making excuses that the company was in loss.
When in 2025 the company was in profit, they made excuses about the level and sub-level.
The referral system is very bad.
If you refer too many people, they call you and scold you badly for referring.
I haven't seen this happening anywhere else.
Increase salaries in line with inflation. People living in cities are facing a lot of problems.
