I have been with 3 different projects, and all of them had wonderful managers and people, so work-life balance was achieved.
I got bonuses as promised, and there is a lot of chance to learn new technologies and tech.
Growth is slow, I feel, and due to the financial crunch, no bonus or raise was declared last year.
