Good and bad review
- If you are lucky, then you will get a good manager. Otherwise, management is not good at all.
- Accenture's insurance policy is very good.
For the last two years, there have been no hikes or promotions, which is disappointing. Managers are biased, even when you are performing really well.
Please consider efforts over your favorite people regarding promotion and hikes.
