The interview process started from a referral and took 3 stages. There were no practical tasks given, only conversations with various people from the organization. Overall, it was a good experience.

Easy interview to crack if you crack the first aptitude role. When mass recruitment, they usually take a second interview with six people each. Most of my friends were selected when in college.

First, I had to solve some exercises on HackerRank. After that, they scheduled an interview with Capability. Here they asked me about my experience and some questions about technologies. They didn't ask me to solve any technical problems.
