A great starting point for multilingual people looking to move to Ireland and get a job.
They are good on paper but struggle to actually keep up their company values in all departments.
Favoritism is a thing in some departments and does not get dealt with properly as it should.
No accommodation for disabilities that require special circumstances, in my experience.
Get more visibility on what is happening across all company departments and projects. The values and goals are great, but it needs more supervision and action to actually uphold them.
