Basic questions about general testing concepts, about my experience in the field, and then an oral English evaluation. After that, I moved on to an English evaluation where I had to answer questions orally while an app filmed me.

Interview in English with someone belonging to the project you are going to join. You speak with someone from human resources, who assesses soft skills. You have to make a recording speaking in English, as well as an English test.

Interview happened through employee referral. It was a Teams meeting with one round. I was asked about myself and day-to-day work. Then, HR called to discuss salary and compensation.
