Pros: Good benefits.
Good social work.
Reimbursements for internet and "peya".
Cons: If you have the bad luck to fall into a team of inapt people or have the same person as people lead and as lead, you're in trouble. Look for another company as soon as you can.

Pros: The benefits add up, but they don't make much of a difference. I was lucky enough to get a very good team and I was able to enter through the bootcamp.
Cons: The salary is not competitive at all. While the benefits add up, they also come out of the salary. If you are under a collective agreement, raises are tied to the union, and in May 2025 they will require you to go to the office.
