Initially, I was interviewed through a phone call. It was like a personal detail confirmation. Then, the other week, I underwent a pre-employment assessment, which was really tough. Finally, I had an HR interview through a phone call.

I was interviewed in person, and questions were commonly expected and usually asked during the interview. Other questions will depend on how and what you've answered in prior questions.

I waited for too long before I was interviewed. The interview process was quick; more of "introduce yourself, tell me about your projects/thesis." Only non-technical questions, so it was easy.
