I've heard many bad things about Accenture. I can say, at least in my case and the current project that I work on, that the experience has been great so far.
The roster, I can't stand it. It's unpredictable in different situations. Make the roster 6/3 or 4/2 for God's sake if you need coverage 7 days a week, and that way it will be quite fair for everyone.
20 days of paid leave is unfair; it should be at least 24/25.
A few more little perks would be more than welcome.
In projects where 7-day-a-week coverage is needed, considering a 6/3 or 4/2 roster would not hurt. People hate it when they are not able to plan anything for the weekend 3-4 months in advance. Most of the time, they are either forced to beg others for a day back or use one of the holidays, which is unfair.
It was easy and relaxing, and I enjoyed every aspect of the interview. Payment was not as good as expected. I left the job after two months. It was not what it seemed to be.
CV review → Short screening call → Main interview(s) with the hiring team → Task or practical assessment (if needed) → Final decision & offer → Background check & onboarding.
The interview process was well-organized, with five rounds of interviews. It started with HR, moving into technical interviews. Communications were clear and followed properly. Once confirmed, the offer letter took time to be received.
