Nothing bad so far, just low pay.
Three rounds, all talking about theoretical concepts, more like business impact and theory on GenAI; there are no practical rounds. It is all discussions on how to apply or past experiences. Seems more like trying to gauge how your fit is.

The interview process had an aptitude round, the coding round, a communication assessment round, and then an HR round, after which the candidates were shortlisted. The rounds were at an easy to average level.
