The online test contained totally irrelevant questions to the JD. I still passed it. First interview was scheduled 4 times as the interviewer did not appear consecutively for the 3rd time. But last time it was successful. I even got confirmation on

1. Screening 2. Technical Round (Will check your subject knowledge) 3. Manager Round (Will decide your career level) 4. HR Round (Package, location discussion) Be honest and don't hesitate to say IDK, but show interest to learn.

The overall process is very slow. I applied for the role, and after round 1, they took 3 months to schedule the 2nd round. After that, the first call was rescheduled without any information, and in the next call, the interviewer didn't show up. I tri
