Pros

If it's your first job and you're looking to gain experience, it can be a good option, as it's one of the five big consulting firms. For medical insurance, you can choose between 3 options, which is valuable. Additionally, it offers benefits through agreements with large companies, where you can get discounts.

Cons

In the projects I was on, it was normal to be harassed, constantly pointing out employees' decision-making, both correct and incorrect.

The management was trash; they only took actions to pressure us with delivery times and to force us to work overtime.

Both management and the superiors of the analysts had us fed up with deliveries, tests, and the like, in order to make more money.

In my project, six people resigned due to depression, and those of us who continued to endure the nonsense they told us and did, they ended up firing us under the excuse of lack of performance.

It was unfeasible to be able to carry out development in less than a week with almost no documentation, no examples to test, no access to the applications or the web, and a long etcetera.
