Ultimately, think before choosing a project. Don't get excited by project allowances. If it's a good project, you will learn. Otherwise, you will have to do the same task in Accenture for a lifetime. It will finally end up with you leaving the company.
Think about the person's passion and let them work in their passion.
So you will get the job done with perfection within time, better than expected.
Think twice before hiring people for the project. Don't give them false hope.
