My project manager was more concerned with giving the client unrealistic delivery dates just to make them happy. Core values of honesty and respect were often ignored. The team was overworked and underappreciated.
Hire project managers that have the integrity to be honest with the client. Also, recognize the value of your team and how not to burn them out to the point they want to leave.
