Pros

Inclusive organizational culture, flexibility and autonomy across personal career trajectory, continuous learning without needing to take outside classes, supportive, authentic leadership, and opportunities to collaborate across the world's best Fortune 500 companies.

Cons

Jobs aren’t assigned or matched by HR. We go through interviews and resume edits at the end of every client project. While this motivates employees to reskill, network, and grow beyond comparison to competitors, it is not for everyone. If you don’t enjoy competition and lifelong learning across multiple disciplines, you may not survive in this role.

Advice to Management

More transparency regarding job security and limits on the bench would help many employees sleep easier at night and better understand their responsibilities to remain with the organization.
