Good to start a career as a fresher
Pay is good. Workplace culture is good. I worked from Pune location as well as Chennai. The work culture is different in both places.
It's based on the project how the project is. I have seen some projects which don't have any work but still they hire resources. I have seen projects where they will not recruit even if there is a need for resources.
It's hard to change the technology.
