Like Snow White's Apple - Looks Delicious from the Outside but Rotten in the Core
None, really. A very narrow-minded company, with lots of people who have been working there for 10+ years and became managers simply because they've been there too long, but have no clue on how to manage people.
- Timesheets (really? in 2023?)
- No work recognition (only heard the words 'thank you' once)
- Bad old-school mentality
- COO is useless and has zero people skills
- No career plan
- Very amateur Project Managers for the most part
- Some managers believe you need to work late if you want to get promoted
Really isn't a good place to work. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
