Good company to work for
Lots of training, very good company policies, supports their employees.
Company policies are good, but they are often disregarded by the managers.
Some crazy rules exist, like people working in Microsoft technologies not being allowed to work for any other technology. They will have to stick to Microsoft their entire life.
I love the integrity and stewardship of the company. However, project managers and team leads often do not help employees leave a project easily for a better opportunity. We are stuck to the same project whether we like it or not. When we lose interest and if we slack, they put us on a bottom rating, but they don't let us go out of the project.
