Hikes are in managers' hands. You have to maintain rapport to get very good hikes. Otherwise, only a basic hike will be given (which is also high when compared with other service-based MNCs).

Good, but the process will take more time. To get the results it will take months, and even HR doesn't know the status. They used to tell us, "Our internal website is having some issues." 😔 We are looking into that and will update you soon.
