Accenture is a really good company, but managers and team leads play politics. That is the reason for high attrition. Anyway, it's good for everyone to move on to the next levels.
Change the managers and leads frequently from each project or monitor them closely. Do review with all junior employees about their lead and managers. This may help to avoid major iterations.
