As a company, Accenture is good.
But an issue arises when you are in a stupid project.
I was working as a Monitoring Tools Engineer. During the interview, they informed me that I would be working with the latest tools, which I had experience with. However, post-joining, I realized they were using outdated technology, and I struggled with it for a year. I forgot my skills, and the work I did in the old environment always used to break down. They cite budget and approval issues when we suggest a plan to upgrade. Hikes and exceptions are given only to bootlickers.
If you are in a project like this, you will lose the intention to work.
It was a very good interview. The interviewer asked relevant questions. It was mostly based on my profile and my experience. They also asked scenario-based questions, which I answered to the best of my knowledge.
There were two stages of the interview: * The first stage was to code two tasks. * The second stage was to make a presentation about yourself, tell and answer questions, and code one task.
Technical round, face-to-face, and managerial round, and client interview, and later HR discussion. If selected, they will ask for your details and recent payslips. After verifying those documents, they will release the offer.
