It is the most amazing place to work. Everyone is professional.

There is a proper flow of things. Higher-ups are really understanding and appreciative.

• No lay-offs for full-time employees during a recession (gives you peace).

• Recruiting team is unresponsive or rude to joining candidates.
• They have tons of openings always, but don't call the applying candidate back.
• They withdrew my offer on the day of joining, causing a big headache for a week.
• Too much mandatory training, only some of which is relevant.
• Most training is unnecessary.
• All trainings are mostly for generic software engineering skills, but they don't offer training relevant to the technology you are working with.
• I had to pay separately for a Udemy course to learn a new tech.

The recruiting team needs to be more professional towards candidates. Right now, they ghost candidates and laugh/mock during salary negotiations.

Include offer tech-skill trainings along with other mandatory trainings.
