• Worst onboarding I've ever had.
• No onboarding process at all.
• People ignore you.
• Team lead is not qualified.
• No tasks for a week (asking daily).
• Seems like no one knows you are joining the team.
• No "Hello/Welcome" from any team element on the first meeting, even after I presented myself.
• So much bureaucracy.
• Laptop is full of tracking software.
• Had to travel to the office to pick up my laptop for a remote role.

This is my third week here. I feel like I want to leave already and have zero motivation. It seems like I'm working in government; I don't know how else to word it.

Some people are just so under-qualified. If this is the case, please don't put them in charge of a team. IT is a mess; people losing access to VPN, laptop, and Outlook accounts is a daily occurrence.
