Relaxing Work, Terrible Onboarding

- Worst onboarding I've ever had.
- No onboarding process at all.
- People ignore you.
- Team lead is not qualified.
- No tasks for a week (asking daily).
- Seems like no one knows you are joining the team.
- No "Hello/Welcome" from any team element on the first meeting, even after I presented myself.
- So much bureaucracy.
- Laptop is full of tracking software.
- Had to travel to the office to pick up my laptop for a remote role.
This is my third week here. I feel like I want to leave already and have zero motivation. It seems like I'm working in government; I don't know how else to word it.
Some people are just so under-qualified. If this is the case, please don't put them in charge of a team. IT is a mess; people losing access to VPN, laptop, and Outlook accounts is a daily occurrence.
