Good as an acquired company hire
Kept much of our existing company's culture when they purchased us, and it felt similar for a few years until around the time I left. Nice to have the force of a large company around you. Good compensation and benefits.
Forced into a Microsoft environment. Incentives for our work changed such that I felt we were not always producing the best work, and instead just trying to sell more services. Lots of pointless training sessions required.
Maybe focus more on actually helping clients make good products instead of selling your time as much as possible.
