The working environment is very good. You will never be asked for extended support unless and until it is production critical. Complete agile methodology is followed. Salary and shift allowance you will get on time without any struggle. Of course, the salary offering is good in range.
Upper management is a headache here. Mostly, they will not involve you in any call.
They will just inform you about your allocation/shifts and ask if you agree or disagree.
Accenture support is a little hectic; it does not have any calling feature for better clarity of issues.
Health insurance companies do not have a proper user interface for a simplified process.
They should engage associates. If they are deciding about his/her allocation to a new project or new shift, at least they have to understand the point of view of the employee as well.
