Extremely disappointing work culture with zero employee benefits
Very, very limited pros; in fact, can't think of any.
Too many cons. To begin, the company's policies are not at all employee-friendly. They are not flexible, even if there is a genuine reason. The windows opened for insurance and other important things are too short. If any employee is on leave due to a medical emergency, they do not give them a chance to utilize it. Also, the management is way too complicated. Overall, having a very disgusting and pathetic experience.
Please provide more employee-friendly policies to ensure employee satisfaction.
