I only had one round of interviews. The recruiter asked mostly common recruiter questions, like why I want to change jobs or what my salary expectations are, etc. The technical assessment was unrelated to the job position. It included mostly logic

The interview process took more than 3 months to announce the result. It's pretty slow and inconsistent. I expected the process to be fast, and a follow-up email update would be quite helpful.

Interview goes well, but he asked something not related to the interview. Question 1: Interviewer Kishan said, "In my team, all people are Tamilians. You can't survive because you don't know Tamil." Because of this reason, it seems I am not selected.
