Work Culture.

Respect for the individual.

Scope of moving across verticals and technologies.

Lot of opportunities.

Parties and day outs organized by Accenture.

Cons

Compensation.

A large number of workforce, thus more competition.

Yearly hikes are sometimes minimal, thus creating a sense of alienation among employees.

Advice to Management

Top management is doing a great job. I have heard stories about top management supporting employees against clients. For most companies, the client comes first, but for Accenture, their employees are the most important assets.
