Good salary and benefits. Work from home while on the bench.
I was hired as a Senior Business Analyst in February 2015. They had no projects whatsoever. They kept me on the bench and searching for roles.
Out of nowhere, I received a phone call saying they were terminating my employment. No warning or anything.
I asked why. They said it was because they had no demand. So now I quit my stable job and now have no job. They offered severance pay of 1 week.
Invest in your employees. Retrain if necessary. Do not just fire them.
