Good hike. You get a minimum 9 percent hike, and with promotion, you get a 20-27 percent hike. But all depends on your manager and flexible timings.
Managers are friendly only in Bangalore, not in Chennai.
You can be put to any project irrespective of the skill you have. Not many development projects. They take time to release the offer letter.
