A good company to work with in the service sector
Very good work environment. Enough learning opportunities. Better salary as compared to other service MNCs. Free transportation given by the company. Decent hike every year if you perform well and get a good performance rating.
No work-from-home concept. The variable pay component is high in the salary. If your rating is not good, the company cuts down your variable pay, and you are left with a reduced salary package. There is a 3-month notice period and no buyout option if you want to leave. Your rating depends only on your supervisor, and once finalized, there is no way you can make it change.
Make the selection process tough to hire only good people. Take extra care of good people in the company so that they themselves want to stay in the company, not because of a 3-month notice period.
