Excellent company to start a career
In the approx. 5 years I worked at Accenture, I can say it's one of the best companies to start a career. Every day, you learn tons of things, and all co-workers are really focused on making you learn.
Managers try to brainwash you with how the company gives you an amazingly fast career (which is 70% right) and really forget that having a good work-life balance and a good salary is most of professional satisfaction.
Forget you're managers and go down levels to see and learn how employees are feeling, if they are motivated, and what should improve.
