Depends on the client. If you are lucky and got a good client, there are a lot of opportunities for you to grow in your career, aided with incentives. There is a great benefit package.
Too much internal process to follow, which might frustrate you sometimes.
Career is less important than client work.
Need for implementing a more streamlined performance process. A lot of favoritism exists. Also, if the company adopted a 360-degree review system, it would be good for everyone.
