Good for someone looking for a start.
No great development projects.
More or less support for internal projects.
Bad staffing.
Impossible to get client-side work once drafted into internal projects.
Poor work-life balance.
Very minimal span of growth.
Be more employee-centric and focus on welfare, especially for internal projects that run on different rulesets than those laid out by the company.
