Not comparable pay scale with competitors.

Recognition is mostly political.

Poor transfer facilities to other locations.

Misconception of the word "Host Skill": I understand this word in a way, as a technology which is in demand across facilities but less resources, but I hardly felt the same meaning. Though I had 3 skills not found across the facilities in India, I was not given the Hot Skill Bonuses.

Most of the work being maintenance (not a suggestible option for people like me).

Recognition is the most important thing, which gives a pat on the back. Managers need to understand this and give sufficient encouragement.

Understanding the situation and helping with a transfer will also be appreciated.
