Good transport facilities. Good clients, and clients are served very well. In-house doctor consultation facility, especially good for working women. They value ethics a lot.
Sometimes their HR policies don't make sense, like a mandatory serving of a three-month notice period even if you don't belong to any project.
Internal technical support services for employees are not very prompt; technical problem resolution takes a lot of time.
The notice period policy of serving 3 months notice should not be applied when the employee is on bench.
