Good company, but I have come across some of the worst managers
- Good work atmosphere and environment
- Good infrastructure

Pathetic and WORST manager in my last project.

The salary is far less than the market, and the company should think about structuring employees to take more home, not giving part of the salary to insurance co-pay. Adjust the HRA and flexible components.
- Higher management should regularly conduct one-on-one check-ins with employees to understand the positive and negative aspects of projects.
- People with the worst attitudes and behaviors need to be let go.
