• Wide variety of projects, providing time to prepare and change skill sets within the organization. • Variable pay was good, but hikes were very bad. • Located across various places in Bengaluru, giving the option to choose a cluster. • They have a good amount of budget for employee training.
• They hire for bench and conduct interviews after joining. • At the management level, people are not skilled enough to understand the latest tools and technology used.
Hiring needs to have clarity when hiring. The skill set of domain leads should be improved.
