Good Culture, Frustrating Placement
Good work culture. Depends on the project you are in. I was lucky to be in a good one.
Flexible hours and many fun events and goodies.
After campus placement, freshers are trained in a particular domain based on their name's first letter.
It does not matter which field you want to work in, or anything else. Even after you top the .NET freshers' training batch, you are dumped into a project that requires only Excel work.
It's frustrating.
