Accenture: There are no salary hikes this year. Accenture will never give variable pay and benefits, if they give, it's only like 5-6%. Full torture from the management and the client side. They never understand the employees' working hours.
Variable pay is one of the major components in the salary part. Why won't the management give 50% also? You will get it once at 5 or 6%. We'll see in the next appraisal.
