Some policies are good, like sick leave. Maternity leave is 5 months.
You may not get rewarded for your hard work if you do not know how to keep on buttering your manager and supervisor. The appraisal process, again, is bad and solely depends on supervisor comments. They don't check with the employee about achievements and client appreciation. People with less talent get rewarded who are good at politics and buttering.
I have worked with people who have had fake profiles as well. One guy was not able to speak or understand any other language except his mother tongue, and he was an SSE.
The recruitment process is very bad.
The appraisal should be based on the employee's performance, not solely on supervisors' comments. Some supervisors tend to not act professionally at all. They consider appraisal as their revenge time.

Applied via website, got the email and the interview was scheduled. It was good. Basics and some deployment, Docker, Kubernetes related questions, like how to setup PV and PVC, port forwarding within the host machine and server. Concept of dev, prod
It was a good interview that I had attended. The questions asked during the technical and HR rounds were a deep dive into the experience I have in the IT industry.
It was quick and clear. The decisions were made quickly. The HR was kind. The project was assigned quickly. There were a total of 3 rounds: initially with the manager, then with the Technical Team, and finally with HR.
