A very nice company with good HR policies and a very good strategy for the interview process. They have good internal facilities for their employees, and offer a hot skill bonus for employees with niche skills. Internal movement is easy as they have a lot of projects. There is a quarterly budget for goodies, snacks, team lunches, or outings.
If you know how to stay away from people who indulge in office politics, or handle such situations appropriately, then everything will be good.
