As per my experience, there are good projects and challenging work with great exposure and career growth. There are learning opportunities from their in-house courses.
There is work-life balance, but it mostly depends on the project you are assigned to. Accenture has good, competitive compensation and benefits as well.
There is a lot of work pressure in the projects as they come with tight deadlines and demanding workloads.
Promotions and increments are slow and take time. Salary increment is also very less.
