Great work culture, good communication between manager and employees. Compensation is highly competitive. I would highly suggest this company to someone, as it is the best that I have worked for.
Long working hours, stagnant growth after some designations, and politics involved during compensation and performance deciding factors. It may not be so good during performance evaluation, but it is still okay compared to other companies.
Be a little bit more open about the work at hand. This could help the juniors get motivated and work for the company in a more enthusiastic manner.
