A very big company with a lot of different projects and different platforms to choose from, following good practices according to international standards.
It is a very process-oriented company, and even HR doesn't know the whole process. A lot of approval is needed for small needs. They are very hard on their policies, with no flexibility.
Please review the annual review policy. Make it more flexible towards managers/supervisors who know the employee/real worker very well. "DNA cannot be changed" – these words I got from a senior person in this company when I asked why this policy was not good and not real. But my thinking is that even DNA is evolving and will adapt according to nature.
Applied via website, got the email and the interview was scheduled. It was good. Basics and some deployment, Docker, Kubernetes related questions, like how to setup PV and PVC, port forwarding within the host machine and server. Concept of dev, prod
It was a good interview that I had attended. The questions asked during the technical and HR rounds were a deep dive into the experience I have in the IT industry.
It was quick and clear. The decisions were made quickly. The HR was kind. The project was assigned quickly. There were a total of 3 rounds: initially with the manager, then with the Technical Team, and finally with HR.
