Nothing at all that I could find in my 4 years with the company.
Too much politics when it comes to giving hikes, appraisals, and promotions.
HRs are just puppets who will simply read out policies and are inconsiderate to what culture is cultivating in the organization.
There is a lack of stability of talented engineers in the company now.
Stop encouraging and saving bad managers.
